RESTORATION - RELAXATION - SOUND MEDICINE

Igniting the ancient & modern experience of sound.

Ash's background as a musician, wellness practitioner & installation artist has led to a unique interpretation of the sound healing modality.

Offered in group settings around Hobart. These sessions create deep relaxation, promote self healing-restoration, & allow you to take a breather from everyday life.

Group Sessions

By stepping into deep connection with music & sound, we open up to subtle shifts. Slower brain wave states, balance for the nervous system, recovery from every life stresses & inner harmony for a stronger sense of well being. These attributes are potential outcomes, but fundamentally the aim is to let stillness arise in the body for self heal & restoration to occur.

  • are under stress or need to release from life's pressures

Sound Healing

What to

Expect?

Sound can be seen as a medicine. It restores our mind, body, & spirit with the right setting & intention.

Group sessions are multifaceted. They predominantly create deep relaxation & restoration, but can hold access to deep inner shifts. Every time you come to a sound bath, there is potential for new experiences as you bring in new experiences to the space.

Apart from deep relaxation, there can be highly visual journeys, release from held stress, & states that are similar to deep meditation. Putting it simply, this can be seen as your body’s way to release & experience shifts from the predominant thinking-doing aspect of our culture. Body, mind & spirit - self healing & resting in what is.

Combining live instrumentation, living plant aromatherapy & breath work techniques. All that is required of participants is to lay down, listen and unfold to the process.

Beyond restorative group sessions, Ash also provides one to one support in people’s inner journeys. Situated in a private practice with Beach Road Mind & Body, it’s a safe, inclusive & gentle space. The work is practical, aiming to give people the ability to connect more deeply to their innate wholeness. Breath work, sound, somatic exercises are carved out to individual needs, where development of an inner space of self healing & inner resilience can unfold.

If you feel the need to connect with this work, reach out to set up an initial call or book in for an introductory session via the Sound Bathing page
